Q: What inspired you to bring Beatrice to the Bitcoin Conference, and how did the community respond to the cosplay?

A: I’ve done cosplay in the past, I love dressing up and saw it as an opportunity to stand out. The community loved it!

Q: What part of the Bitcoin Conference stood out to you the most—was it the panels, the booths, the networking, or just the overall energy of the space?

A: The conference as a whole was a pleasure, there was art at the entrance that immediately caught your eye, the booths were beautifully arranged, and the turnout was incredible - the feng shui truly brought the event together.

Q: What was the most unexpected reaction you got while in costume? (Any confused looks, funny comments, or people who just totally bought into the character?)

A: Someone was trying to be sneaky taking pictures, like just ask me!

Q: If you could bring any two Space Quest characters with you to the next Bitcoin Conference, who would you choose?

A: Roger of course and WD40

Q: Do you have any tips or lessons learned for others thinking about doing cosplay at future crypto or tech conferences? Anything you’d do differently next time?

A: Always look at reviews with images when shopping for wigs so you know what you’re getting! If I could do anything differently, it would be a different dye technique since the suit didn’t come out the color I wanted.
